3. Cancellation Policy

  • Attempts to contact the passenger have been unsuccessful.

  • No refund will be issued, and
  • The full fare or deposit will be retained.

5. Waiting Time & Delays

  • Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.
  • Waiting time beyond the agreed grace period may incur additional charges.
  • Excessive delays may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.

6. Long-Distance Booking Deposits

For long-distance journeys (including airport transfers):

  • A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the journey.
  • This covers driver allocation, fuel planning, and lost booking opportunities.

7. Cancellations by JJs Taxis Falmouth

If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule your journey.

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
